GM's post, first part -- on the Ice

[Ia]. still on the Ice...Turgon and Idril]

Turgon smiled at Ecthelion. He raised one arm and then the other so that they would enfold about the shoulders of Glorfindel and Ecthelion. Shivering he spoke, When the first camp is made, you will share the warmth and comfort of my fire, my friends. And in the realm that I will choose you both shall be mighty lords for I am in need of wise and brave men who rule with goodly hearts.

Meanwhile, Idril made a small soft sound at the words of Ecthelion and tugged on his clothes, wanting a pick-me-up.

[Ib]. Same scene, Aigronding's own Middle-earth character as a child, tagging after the Big Names...]

Aigronding looked up at the great man who was Ecthelion and listened to him speak as he himself tightened his cowl about his young elfin face, cold as it was. Then I will seek them out sometime when we arrive; I'll say how sorry I am about leaving them and making them worry. Yes...that's exactly it; father and my sister they killed the Teleri and the Sea-elves didn't even do anything wrong. They were stealing their ships so they had a right to protect what they made. The Noldor, being craftsmen, should have known better. Following as someone as hot-headed as Feanor is, is pretty foolish; they didn't listen to me though....and amme thought like me but mother didn't want to leave father. She's a Vanya you know. Aigronding touched his hair. I get the gold from her.

We need not do too much here since the scene moved forward... just a little wrap-up or something that segues into the main post, arrival in Middle-earth. The stuff with Aigronding is directed at Ecthelion, so you don't need to reply to that bit unless Glory feels like being his shining example self to a young lad. :)
