Why is this cynical?

Seems nicely idealistic to me. (flash movie, political commentary. Not really that great, it just got posted on the plaza in a place where it didn't belong so I wanted to tuck it on my LJ for safekeeping.)

I like that Mobey song. It's been used for a lot of things but it's never gotten old for me.

That was an interesting little piece. I have to agree with a lot of it, personally, but I won't go into detail here.

Cynical at the very end note, I believe.

Dream of a world without lying politicians, homelessness, hatred...

But the last 'be careful what you wish for...'

Because on a cynical pov, that world could be a lot worse than the one we have today.

I read it as "We could all be dead". As in, the world would be better off without humanity. And that's pretty damn cynical, yeah.
