My bank has become a casualty of the meltdown. Their commercials always end with "Woo hoo."

Boo hoo?

They actually gave great customer service. I will miss them. It sounds like WaMu will be gobbled up by JP Morgan.

Hopefully I will still be able to use online bill pay and ATMs during the changeover.

Nonetheless, I am lucky, and have no cause to complain.

I simply worry. I can deal with it.

Others will not be so lucky.

It's sad for Seattle to lose such a major company (particular right after Safeco being sold to Liberty Mutual), but I thought that WaMu had atrocious customer service, so I'm not too sad. lol
