I really wish that Discover magazine hadn't run a feature on some of the lethal forms of bacteria that can colonize the GI after a batch of antibiotics has killed off one's natural flora.

I've been taking acidophilus, so it shouldn't be a concern, but I get nervous when my old GI troubles start bugging me again.

I think the sinus infection is finally dead. I hope.

Meh.
